For those not in the know, Namibia actually allocated N$ 4.6 Million to put reflectors on animals. Tru my bru.

So it was deemed wise to spend 4.6 Million of our tax payers hard earned dollars to put reflective collars on our four legged friends. In doing some online research, they seem to have gotten reflective collars. I suppose the next thing we're going to do is to train our asses to always stand parallel to the length of the road. So we can actually see the reflectors...
